Russia resumed coal supplies to Ukraine
Russia resumed coal supplies to Ukraine blocked due to blackout in the occupied Crimea.
This was said by Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak, TASS reports.
«Yesterday, the president issued an instruction to resume supplies. We already started supplying coking coal. Coking coal will be supplied to Ukraine for enterprises that produce relevant products», - he said.
Let us recall, Russia terminated coal supplies to Ukraine in response to electricity supply termination of the occupied Crimea.
In the morning of December 8, the company Ukrenergo resumed electricity supply to the peninsula through the power transmission line 220 kV Kakhovskaya -Titan.
